About this session

This is part two in a series.

Adolescence is a time of self-discovery and change. Reflect on how to offer guidance without taking over, honouring your young person’s growing independence and unique identity.

Objective: Learn ways to stay connected while giving space for authentic growth.

Join our reflective parenting group, a safe, inclusive, and supportive online space for parents and carers to pause, connect, and reflect. Each 55-minute peer-facilitated session explores a single theme through open discussion, gentle prompts, and shared insight.

You’ll leave each session with a deeper understanding of your autistic family member(s) and yourself through a neurodiversity-affirming, reflective lens and you will connect with others who get it.
